Carmen graduated from The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2001 and is a member in good standing of the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan(MTAS).
She focuses on deep tissue massage and full body awareness.
She has studied myofascial release(MFR) and neuromuscular technique(NMT) and integrates elements of these techniques in each treatment. She is also skilled at hot stone massage therapy.
Carmen is personally familiar with volleyball, dance, running, and weight lifting injuries. She is delighted to be working alongside a team of experts in rehabilitation.
