**Counselling Statement:**
With a strong passion for counselling, advocacy, and empowerment, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey. My job is to create a non-judgemental and compassionate space for you to feel safe enough to explore your inner workings. Collaboration is a key part of success in overcoming the things that leave us stuck. I utilize evidence-based practices to help you process and heal from your experiences. With an eclectic approach, I customize your therapy experience to ensure you get what you need from therapy. I am here to celebrate the small wins that will eventually get you to your larger goal and help you navigate challenges along the way. Whether it is by building skills, processing feelings, learning about yourself, or overcoming addiction, it would be an honour to accompany you through your process.
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I have been practicing the art of therapy for over 3 years now as I was previously registered in BC as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My hope is that therapy feels warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I hope that you are met with kindness and compassion.
