With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Carol has built her career around one passion: helping people move and feel better. **Known for delivering care that’s skilled, creative, and refreshingly human**, she doesn’t just treat symptoms - she helps people rediscover freedom in their bodies and the confidence to live fully.
Graduating with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and a long-standing member of MTWPAM, **Carol brings a depth of skill and experience to every treatment.** Her advanced training in Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 3–Medical), CranioSacral Therapy (Level 2), massage cupping, and Sacred Somatics means her work goes far beyond relaxation - she helps people recover faster, reduce tension, increase mobility and works with the nervous system to restore balance and resilience.
Also a yoga and movement teacher, Carol is known for her neuro-inclusive classes that make movement engaging for all bodies and brains. Outside the clinic, she thrives on adventure - hiking with her border collie Juno, cold-water swimming, freediving, or rolling on the mats in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
