I graduated from McMaster University’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, and later completed my Master’s Degree and Nurse Practitioner degree at Athabasca University. I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP), with a focus on leadership, advocacy, and streamlining chronic disease management.
Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I’ve worked in primary care, where I developed a strong foundation in women’s health and obesity management, caring for patients across the lifespan. I have also specialized in headache and migraine management, particularly within an outpatient neurology setting with additional training in Botox treatment for the management of migraines and TMJ dysfunction.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, prevention, and meaningful partnerships with patients—because healthcare should feel both personal and empowering.
