Perfect for new moms or those who haven’t yet begun their postpartum rehab journey. This program is led by a Physiotherapist and a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach. Connect with other moms and their little ones in a supportive small-group setting while safely returning to the activities you love. This comprehensive program includes: 90-Minute Education & Assessment Session, including a one-on-one physiotherapy assessment (valued at $130) Six Guided Rehab Exercise Classes focused on safe, effective postpartum recovery (6 × $95) You will learn how to: Rehabilitate the pelvic floor and core following pregnancy and birth Manage and prevent common postpartum concerns such as incontinence, painful intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti Mobilize scars and stitches Support recovery after a C-section Safely and confidently return to exercise This program is covered under physiotherapy insurance, and direct billing is available.
