Carolyn has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2003 and brings over 20 years of clinical experience to her practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Master of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in Sport Strength and Conditioning. Carolyn treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, overuse injuries, sprains and strains, and postural dysfunction. She works with patients of all ages and activity levels, including athletes, as well as individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with an understanding of movement and rehabilitation to help patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy. She is certified in Graston Technique® and dry cupping.
In addition to her clinical practice, Carolyn is a faculty member in a Massage Therapy program and is passionate about educating future healthcare professionals. She is committed to providing individualized, patient-centred care to support each patient's health and wellness goals.
