AjouterCass completed her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2016. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario with a strong focus in both exercise physiology and sport psychology. She has comprehensive first-hand experience with sport injuries and the rehabilitation required to return to an optimal level of function thanks to her experience working in various performance rehab settings, working as an IST lead with Volleyball Canada, and having been a varsity athlete herself.

Her interests include a combination of motor control and hands on manual therapy, while prescribing appropriate therapeutic exercise that addresses the root or core issues. Cass is passionate about problem solving and ensuring the issue at hand is being assessed and treated thoroughly, not simply chasing symptoms. Cass enjoys collaborating with other healthcare and performance professionals to ensure that her patient’s treatment goals are met during their time together.
She has been certified in dry needling and spinal manipulation, in addition to gait analysis/re-training and blood flow restriction training. She has extensive education surrounding lower limb mechanics (hip, ankle and foot pathologies) in addition to shoulder specific and upper limb injuries.
