This 6 week program is designed to help you feel more stable during active movements. It will provide a safe environment for you to stay active, improve & maintain balance and improve strength and mobility with the end goal to help prevent falls.

First appointment with the registered kinesiologist

Individualized fitness session with a registered kinesiologist as delegated by physiotherapist or chiropractor.

This 6 week program is designed to allow pain free movement of your joints. This class will be helpful for those suffering with Osteoarthritis in the hips and/or knees but open to anyone who wants to improve mobility and strength in their lower joints.

For patients who have had a motor vehicle accident with approved OCF18 treatment

*20 Class Pkg requires $600 payment in full prior to first class and expires 6 months from date of purchase. * Learn the basics of Pilates based movements through a combination of Mat, Tower and Reformer exercises. Recommended for people who are new to the Pilates world or are trying to get back to exercise after an injury or hiatus from physical activity. Attendees will learn how to safely use the machinery and apply Pilates principles to their routine.

Hockey Pilates is designed to take your game to the next level — focusing on the strength, mobility, and flexibility essential for peak performance. This specialized class enhances hip mobility, core strength, and overall control, helping you move with more power, agility, and efficiency on the ice. NOTE: Ages 13+

*6-Class Pkg requires $150 payment in full prior to first class and expires 3 months from date of purchase.* Hockey Pilates is designed to take your game to the next level — focusing on the strength, mobility, and flexibility essential for peak performance. This specialized class enhances hip mobility, core strength, and overall control, helping you move with more power, agility, and efficiency on the ice. NOTE: Ages 13+

*10 Class Pkg requires $350 payment in full prior to first class and expires 3 months from date of purchase. * Continue your practice with this class, classical reformer Pilates with some mat and tower combinations. Recommended for beginner to intermediate level attendees, who have had some experience with the use of the reformer equipment.
