Cassie went to Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer, Alberta and received her 2200 hour diploma back in 2013.
Since then her skills and confidence have evolved to the point where she's comfortable doing a variety of pressure and modalities such as generalized deep tissue, relaxation, sport massage, rapid adhesion release and cupping.
Cassie is a firm believer in the idea that her clients know their body best, so she makes sure to take the time to fully understand their massage needs. Getting you to the point where you maintain and/or reach your optimal health standards is Cassie's greatest accomplishment as a RMT.
