This appointment is not meant for clients booking for the first time. For your first visit, please book a 75 minute appointment. As a guide for returning clients with swelling we suggest 45 minutes for: 1) people with mild or controlled leg swelling in the maintenance phase. You may also book a one hour treatment if you wish for this. 2) arm swelling that requires softening of hardened tissue or scar treatment. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS

Book this appointment for your first visit at the clinic. It will include assessment, education and some treatment time. You can also book this appointment after your initial appointment if required.

This test is for follow-up appointments after an initial lymphedema/lipedema assessment only. It will include the test and results interpretation, reassessment and treatment plan changes if necessary. Body composition analysis helps monitor changes in fluid, muscle and fat mass over time. It should be booked in the morning. Testing cannot be done for those with heart arrhythmias, if you have a pacemaker or an implanted heart device. Please contact to book if you have questions. This test is best done in the morning.

Book this appointment if you wish to receive a body composition evaluation only. It can also be booked before you book your lymphatic drainage treatment. It includes a brief health history review, testing and a quick summary of findings that can help you and your health team guide your care. It does not include any hands on assessment. This appointment is for you if you have had treatment for breast cancer and are at-risk for lymphedema. It includes a body composition test that helps inform your recovery and can create a fluid level baseline. With follow-up appointments, it can identify shifts in your body composition over time. Do not book this appointment if you have implanted medical devices or heart arrhythmias. Instead, book the 75 minute session.

This appointment includes body composition analysis, hands on assessment, intake questions, education, functional assessment and treatment planning if appropriate. It is not meant to diagnose lipedema and is not covered by benefits under registered massage therapy or by OHIP.
