Cathy creates an intuitive and integrated treatment catered to your specific needs. Cathy has practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist since 1999. She has continued to build her knowledge from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy program, a Health and Fitness Certificate from Simon Fraser University and continued education in the National Coaching Certification Program. She has worked with both national and recreational athletes, pre and postnatal mamas, babies, children and seniors.
