As a Registered Massage Therapist, I believe in providing personalized care that supports each client's health and well-being. I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2024 and am trained in a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, basic lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), joint mobilization, and sports massage.
Growing up in Revelstoke, BC, I developed a passion for movement through dance and sports. After experiencing several sports-related injuries, I became interested in helping others reduce pain, recover from injury, and move more comfortably through massage therapy.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and paddleboarding. I also love reading and working on crochet projects. At home, I live with my partner and our two cats, Gilbert and Beyla, who always keep life entertaining.
