AjouterCatherine Johnson’s passion for helping people started well before she began her profession as a registered massage therapist. In her early twenties, she became a Health Care Aide (HCA). As an HCA, she helped residents with stretching, massage, and range-of-motion exercises. She also helped staff members along with her friends and family with their everyday aches. Seeing the outcome of released tension in their muscles encouraged Catherine to move forward into a career of massage therapy.

Catherine has been practicing massage therapy since 2018. She has given massage treatments to elderly individuals, children, athletes, and pregnant women. She has performed specialty treatments for clients with conditions such as plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and sciatica. Furthermore, Catherine has volunteered as a massage therapist at senior centers and athletic events. Within the past year, Catherine has expanded her skills to include RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (RAPID NFR) Lower Body and RAPID NFR Upper Body.
Catherine has two children. She enjoys spending time with them plus other friends and family. Catherine also enjoys being active by exploring the Rocky Mountains.

Ages 5-13. With 30 minutes we can focus on one to two areas of the body.
Available for ages 5-16. Massage therapy provides many benefits for kids, inlcuding, but not limited to the following: general muscle relaxation and maintenance, relief from growing pains (muscle tension), sport injury recovery, and relief from headaches.
Ages 5-13. A 45 minute massage allows treatment to a specific area or two.
Ages 5-13. With a one hour massage, the entire body can be treated - whether for relaxation, problem areas, or a mix of both.

A 30-minute massge is ideal for targetting specific areas such as neck, shoulders, hips, etc.. 30 minutes is also a great way to loosen just before a chiro adjustment.
A 45-minute massge is ideal for targetting specific areas such as neck, shoulders, hips, etc..

A 60-Minute session is enough time for a general full body massge. It is also ideal for offering a more extensive treatment of 1 or 2 targeted areas.
A 60 minute treatment gives time to address multiple areas of discomfort or pain. Also perfect for a full body relaxation massage to aid in stress reduction, and maintenance following therapeutic treatments.
Ideal amount of time for a full body massage with additional focus to problem area.
A 90 minute treatment allows time for a full body treatment with extra time spent on problematic areas.
A 90-Minute session is ideal for providing a thorough full body treatment including targeted areas.
