AjouterDr. Catherine takes an evidence-informed, patient-centered approach to chiropractic care, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. She is certified by the ICPA in the Webster Technique, a gentle chiropractic approach used to assess and support pelvic and sacral function during pregnancy.

Outside of practice, Dr. Catherine has a lifelong passion for movement and physical activity. Growing up, she participated in competitive dance, soccer, and swimming, and she continues to maintain an active lifestyle through yoga, Pilates, and strength training. She is also currently expanding her professional training through the ICPA with additional certification in pediatric chiropractic care.

Paediatric chiropractic initial assessment that will focus on gentle assessment and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents to support healthy growth, development, and overall wellness. The chiropractor will be addressing various musculoskeletal concner, sposture, spinal alignment, and nervous system function. Care may benefit various conditions such as torticollis, feeding difficulties, colic, postural issues, motor development, sports injuries and general wellness support.
