Cathy has been in the healing field for the past 25 years. She is a world traveler, grandmother, gardener, dreamer, loves philosophy and has even been known to wield a paintbrush now and then.
Before studying to be an RMT, Cathy had a practice in Reflexology, Reiki, Cranial Sacral therapy and relaxation massage.
She uses a combination of massage techniques including traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilization, trigger point release and deep tissue.
She has treated a wide range of conditions including postural imbalances, overuse syndromes (particularly those found in an office setting), headaches, neck spasms, sports related injuries.

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system.

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork. During the treatment you remain fully clothed. The treatment is done on specially made floor cushion. Gentle pressure and stretching is applied to the body in order to ease tension.
