Intramuscular Vitamin B12 injection administered by our Nurse Practitioner using cyanocobalamin, a clinically recognized form of B12 commonly used to support and treat B12 deficiency. This is the first step in our Hormone & Longevity Care program. In this consult, our physician will review your medical history and intake questionnaire, go through your lab results, explain what they mean, and discuss a personalized plan that may include hormone optimization, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. Important lab timing: You will receive a LifeLabs requisition after booking. Please complete all required lab work no later than 7–10 days before your appointment so results are available for the physician to review during your consult. If your lab results are not received in time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
