Catrina is a dedicated Physiotherapist and Athletic Therapist who has worked with a wide range of clients—from busy professionals to high-level athletes. With a deep passion for helping others, Cat combines her experience as a physio, personal trainer, and CrossFit coach to guide people toward pain-free movement and stronger, healthier lifestyles.
Committed to continual learning, Cat has completed advanced training in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and Pelvic Health Solutions, allowing her to provide specialized and holistic care.
Outside the clinic, Cat is a proud mom of two, Rayna and Carter, and finds joy in simple moments like walking outdoors. She’s continually inspired by the supportive Driftwood Athletics community, where she sees firsthand how movement can transform lives—both physically and mentally.
