Cayden Orallo is a Registered Kinesiologist in Vancouver, BC with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and a background in active rehabilitation, performance training, movement assessment, and return-to-sport coaching. He works with clients who want more than just pain relief, helping them restore function, rebuild strength, and improve physical performance for sport, work, and everyday life. His experience includes return-to-performance services, athlete development, and rehab-informed training for active individuals and athletic populations.
Cayden has worked with a wide range of clients, including athletes, active adults, ICBC clients, and complex neurological populations, including individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI). His approach combines evidence-based kinesiology, strength and conditioning principles, movement quality, and practical coaching, allowing him to support both injury recovery and long-term physical performance. He also has experience collaborating within multidisciplinary rehab settings and delivering progressive exercise programs for complex cases.
As a competitive athlete himself, Cayden brings firsthand understanding of the demands of training, injury, and recovery. He has a competitive background in baseball, including the BC Premier Baseball League, and is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) purple belt competitor with podium finishes at local tournaments. Having personally recovered from ACL surgery, he understands that successful rehab is about more than healing tissue; it's about rebuilding confidence, movement capacity, and the ability to perform at a high level again.
Cayden is passionate about helping clients build resilience, strength, athleticism, and confidence, whether they are recovering from injury, navigating an ICBC claim, returning to sport, or looking to improve performance in the gym or on the field. His work sits at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance, making him a strong fit for clients who want to move well, get strong, and stay capable for the long run.
