Cayla Skakun is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist who's passionate about helping patients find balance, ease, and improved well-being through holistic support.
Cayla holds a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diploma from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, Alberta, and is certified in Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. With a background in psychology and communications, she brings a compassionate, well-rounded perspective to her practice—supporting both mind and body in the healing process.
Her focus includes anxiety, depression, women’s health, fertility and IVF support, cosmetic acupuncture, pain relief, and herbal medicine. She often blends acupuncture with tui na, myofascial release, cupping, TCM herbal teas, and light therapy to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance.
Cayla takes a gentle, relaxing approach to care, her treatments are designed to feel grounding and restorative—creating space for relaxation, healing, and lasting wellness.
