Celena Morgan, RMT graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology’s Massage Therapy diploma program in 2021. Exposed to the world of multidisciplinary clinics at a young age as a competitive artistic gymnast, soccer player, and track and field athlete, Celena experienced firsthand how physical therapy can heal injuries and optimize human movement.
As a dedicated Milton Massage Therapist, Celena is passionate about helping her patients overcome physical limitations by supporting the body’s natural healing abilities. She has a deep clinical fascination with how chronic stress manifests physically in the body. Her treatment approach focuses heavily on calming the nervous system to interrupt the pain cycle, making her treatments highly effective for chronic pain management, tension headaches, stress-induced neck and shoulder stiffness, and deep muscle spasms.
Celena is highly skilled in combining clinical and holistic modalities to achieve lasting results. Her versatile toolkit includes General Swedish Massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and myofascial cupping therapy. Additionally, she has completed advanced training in MPS Dolphin Neurostim Therapy, a cutting-edge microcurrent point stimulation technique used to target advanced neurological pain and perform deep scar tissue release.
Driven by a passion for complete mind-body wellness, she is also a certified Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, and Breath and Cold Facilitator. This diverse expertise allows her to look at patient recovery through a truly holistic lens, tailoring every session to promote both structural tissue healing and nervous system relaxation.
As a kinesthetic learner, Celena views massage therapy as the perfect avenue to make an impactful difference in the Milton community while maintaining her own commitment to proactive healthcare.
