**Cendra** holds a **Masters of Health Sciences** in **Physiotherapy**, a **Bachelors of Health Science** and a **Bachelors of Psychology**, from the **University of Ottawa**. Cendra, subsequently, completed “**Part A: Lumbar Spine, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy**” through the **Mackenzie Institute**. She is also certified **Level 2** in dry needling from **Acupuncture Canada** and sometimes uses **Graston technique** for myofascial release.
Cendra’s academic foundation has made her a strong believer in the biopsychosocial approach of healthcare. She adopts an evidence-based approach to give her patients the tools to live a healthy lifestyle.
Originally from Benin Republic, Cendra is fluent in **French and English**. Beside dancing to afrobeats music, her hobbies include: rock climbing, playing pickle ball, hot yoga and hiking mountains. Her wildest dream is to summit the peak of every continent.
