Chantelle graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy program at Western University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science at the University of Guelph, where she also worked as an athletic therapist for the track and field team.
Chantelle has a special interest in women's health and is passionate about helping women feel confident, informed, and supported throughout every stage of life. She has a particular interest in working with pregnancy and postpartum patients, as well as those experiencing pelvic floor concerns such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and core weakness. She has completed Levels 1 and 2 of pelvic floor training and is certified in medical acupuncture through the McMaster Medical Acupuncture Program. Chantelle is dedicated to ongoing education to ensure her patients receive evidence-informed, compassionate care.
Her treatment approach combines individualized exercise prescription, manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, education, and lifestyle strategies tailored to each patient's goals. Chantelle values creating a comfortable, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and empowered throughout their rehab journey. Whether supporting someone through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or managing pelvic floor symptoms, her goal is to help patients return to the activities that matter most with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Chantelle enjoys travelling, attending concerts, discovering new restaurants, reading, and taking pilates classes with friends.
