Chanyque Paquette is a registered physiotherapist with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists. She graduated with an Honours BSc in Human Kinetics and then pursued a Master’s of Health Science in Physiotherapy, both at the University of Ottawa. Since then, she has acquired clinical knowledge and experience in acute care at both CHEO and Montfort Hospital, as well as in home care, with a clientele ranging from newborns to geriatrics.
Chanyque has a passion for pediatric and geriatric physiotherapy in all its forms. She is continuing her post-graduate education and has training in Cervical Articular Dysfunctions and Infantile Torticollis, Prevention, Detection and Management of Concussions, Pediatric Myofascial Release, as well as Dynamic Core for Kids. She is also well-versed in geriatric rehabilitation and exercise prescription, post-op knee/hip/shoulder surgery, and fall prevention. She continues to embrace the opportunity to implement innovative treatment plans and techniques, continuously staying updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy.

This one-on-one consultation includes a detailed history and assessment to better understand your pelvic health concerns. With your consent, the session may include an internal examination to assess pelvic floor function. Treatment is tailored to your needs and may include education, exercise, and hands-on techniques. Care is available for individuals of all genders; internal assessments are offered for those who are appropriate and comfortable, and external treatment is available for all.
