Please bring details of any health problems and prior treatments. There is a treatment component during this session as well. Your physiotherapist will develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include manual therapy, injury-specific exercise programs, electrotherapy and acupuncture. You may be given an at home exercise program. Maintaining your Home Exercise program will be an important part of your recovery process. Please wear comfortable, active wear style clothing that will allow the area to be easily assessed and evaluated.
