**Approach to Treatment**
Charlotte approaches each treatment with a holistic lens, knowing everyone’s bodies and needs are different and, therefore, require personalized care. Her goal is to create a welcoming, judgment free environment that leaves you feeling grounded, restored and more connected and comfortable in your body.
A session typically begins with bringing awareness to your breath, an introduction to touch using compressions and light facial work to assess tissue. Starting light, building to medium and engaging pressure she fluidly locates areas in need of tension relief, while addressing nervous system regulation and encouraging a mind-body connection. Hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, gentle stretching and rhythmic movements are often utilized.
