Chelsea completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia. She has a lifelong love of helping people achieve their goals whether its getting back to sport or back to gardening. Whether you have a sore shoulder, knee, hip or back Chelsea will make sure you have the strategies and tools to improve your symptoms.
Additionally, Chelsea has focused much of her continuing education on treatment of the pelvic floor to help people with different forms of incontinence, prolapse, or pelvic pain. With this training she also helps women maintain optimal pelvic health during pregnancy, in preparing for delivery, and in recovery after delivery and treating diastisis recti (abdominal separation).
Chelsea has also expanded her pelvic health practice to treat male patients for pelvic floor issues such as pelvic pain or continence, as well as children suffering from incontinence/bed wetting, constipation and fecal leakage.
Through her formal education she spent time working in the BC Children's Hospital Torticollis clinic, and this is one of her favourite conditions to treat.
In her free time you can find Chelsea camping, skiing, hiking, or spending quality time with her family.

60 min Physiotherapy Female Pelvic Health Follow Up is to be booked after you had a female pelvic health initial assessment.
60 Min Telehealth Initial Assessment. Video chat appointment through our exercise software. Please select this appointment if it is your first time seeing us for your current concern. For tele-heath video calls you will need: an internet connection, an email address, a computer/laptop/tablet or mobile phone. Most computers, laptops, and tablets purchased in the last 5-10 years will work, as long as they have a camera and a microphone.
First time physiotherapy visit for children under the age of five.
During this appointment your Physiotherapist will explain the process of the assessment and give you a chance to ask questions and to give your approval before proceeding with the physical assessment. They will usually start with some education and an external assessment. An internal pelvic floor assessment (vaginal and/or rectal) is then (or may be) performed to provide invaluable information on the condition of the pelvic floor - including urinary urgence and incontinence, pelvic floor pain including dyspareunia, pre/post partum, coccydynia. Treatment options are discussed and initiated as time allows.
60 min Physiotherapy Initial Assessment
For conditions including bedwetting, constipation, urinary incontinence, frequent UTIs, vesicoureteral reflux, dysfunctional voiding, bladder bowel disorder, fecal incontinence or fecal leakage Please note: no internal examinations take place in pediatric pelvic health appointments

Please choose this option if you are new to our clinic, have not had an appointment within 6 months or if this is a new area of concern. This type of appointment is recommended those who experience chronic pain, are prenatal/postpartum or whose injury would benefit from core stability or low impact strengthening. Please book between FOUR to SIX 30 or 45 minute follow up appointments at 1x week intervals to ensure continuity of care and practitioner availability. This may be changed after your initial appointment depending on your specific needs. **Please note that these appointments are intended to address specific conditions/pain/injuries and are not billable to extended health benefits if used to work on general wellness/fitness. **Also note that the last 5mins of all sessions are reserved for indirect care including charting, treatment planning and other tasks related to your individualized care.**
