Chelsea has a gentle treatment approach that often mixes relaxation, gentle holds (that work to regulate the nervous system) and movement, with light to moderate pressure.

Chelsea has a special interest in working with patients living with chronic pain and chronic conditions, and assisting with patients in recovery from an injury.

Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage in 2010, she has enjoyed working and living on the Westshore. When not at work she is exploring the beautiful forests and beaches Victoria has to offer, with her family.
