compassionate, energetic, and dedicated, Chenya brings a warm and supportive approach to every session. with a master of science in physical therapy and a focus on pelvic health and sports rehabilitation, she is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.
inspired by her own rehabilitation journey following a dance injury, Chenya understands the challenges of recovery and the importance of personalized care. her areas of focus include women's and men's pelvic health, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, and pre- and postnatal care. she incorporates hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and kinesiotaping to help patients achieve their goals.
