Cheryl is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Medix College and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists. She brings experience from a variety of settings including spa environments, fitness facilities, and multidisciplinary healthcare clinics, giving her a well-rounded approach to patient care.
Massage therapy has always come naturally to Cheryl. Long before her formal training, she was known among friends and family for providing relief through hands-on care — encouragement that ultimately inspired her career transition into massage therapy.
Cheryl takes a thoughtful, listening-first approach to treatment, focusing on understanding what the body is communicating in order to address root causes rather than just symptoms. She is particularly passionate about supporting clients managing high stress levels and empowering individuals in their recovery through education and targeted home-care exercises.
