Cheryl was born and raised in the Interlake and graduated from Warren Collegiate in 1998. She served 18 years in the Canadian Armed Forces before transitioning into wellness and mind-body education. Cheryl returned to the community she grew up in and is proud to now offer reflexology services locally.
Cheryl has completed training in Counselling Hypnotherapy through ORCA Institute in British Columbia and holds certifications as a Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy (ABH), Master Coach and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), and Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy® (ATLT).
She is currently completing her certification in Reflexology and is a Registered Student with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).
Cheryl’s interest in reflexology grew from her work in mind-body practices and her belief that relaxation and nervous system regulation play an important role in overall wellness. Reflexology allows her to combine gentle bodywork with the calming techniques she has learned through her previous training.
Her approach is grounded, professional, and client-centered. She values interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting the body’s healing by addressing the mental, emotional, and nervous system components that influence recovery and overall wellness.
