Cheryl believes in treating each client as a whole person — creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable expressing their needs and goals, and receiving care that's genuinely personalized to them.
Originally from Nova Scotia, Cheryl completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology (Co-operative) with Honours at Memorial University in St. John's before going on to earn her Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, also with honours.
Her approach combines relaxation-based techniques with targeted therapeutic treatment, always tailored to the individual. Since graduating, she has expanded her skills with additional training in cupping, gua sha, intraoral TMJ treatment, and external approaches to pelvic pain and dysfunction — and she is committed to continuing that growth so her clients always receive the most effective care available.

Fascia stretch therapy (or FST) is hands-on assisted stretching, with core stabilization, customized for each client’s individual needs. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), the use of resistance against and release into a stretch enables you to feel the experience of a deeper, pain-free stretch.
Alleviate jaw pain & head ache, with a focus on the upper half body. The session duration is typically 60 minutes.
Intraoral (internal) and/or extraoral (external) jaw massage, with additional focus on the scalp, head, neck, and shoulders. Treatment may also include the back and chest to address postural components and related concerns.
