Chian finds a healthy balance with relaxation and deep tissue massage. She adapts massage therapy techniques based on her client’s needs and preferences and believes that a client’s comfort is essential to calming the nervous system, which allows for the relaxation of both mind and body.
When she’s not in the clinic you can find Chian in the gym deadlifting/squatting, putting her chef’s hat on to cook for her family or taking a nature walk with her son.
Chian is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
