I was born and raised in the beautiful coastal town of Lockeport, Nova Scotia where a sense of community is very strong.
I have a thorough understanding of how the body works and an ability to problem solve through injury review and pain pattern analysis. Listening and empathizing with my clients allow me to identify the best treatment type and provide excellent results. My Kinesiology degree, from U of T, adds another layer of technique to the massage therapy. I have also taken courses to further specialize in deep tissue therapeutic massage, such as fascial therapy and scar tissue release.
