Chris approaches physiotherapy as a performance and rehabilitation puzzle, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and remove barriers that limit movement, health, and performance. With a background in strength training, kinesiology, and physiotherapy, he believes pain and movement challenges are rarely random- and that all puzzles can be solved. His treatments combine manual therapy with strategic therapeutic exercise to help clients discover their flow, return to the activities they love, and unlock new levels of physical freedom.
