Chris graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with Honours, in Kinesiology & Health Science. Growing up, Chris played competitive soccer for many Ontario clubs and also got the opportunity to travel to Europe to face the competition there. Being involved in sport early on created his enthusiasm for the health & fitness field. Combining his passion for fitness with his experiences as an athlete, Chris is excited to help those in achieving their desired goals
