Chris completed both his Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2020 and Master of Physical Therapy in 2023 at the University of British Columbia. He has extensive experience working with diverse populations, treating musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, and sport-related conditions.
With advanced training in orthopaedics and manual therapy (Level 1 & 2 AIMS certification), clinical Pilates, running assessments, IMS and bike fitting, Chris takes a holistic approach that blends manual therapy, exercise, and evidence-based care to support recovery and optimize performance.
Having undergone his own physical transformation through weight loss and sport, Chris developed a love of running, cycling, and strength and conditioning. He brings a client-centred and empathetic perspective to his practice, blending his personal experience and clinical expertise to help those get back to what they love.
Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys cycling in Gran Fondo events, training for marathons, golfing, and attempting to set personal bests in the weight room. He is an avid hiker and loves exploring the North Shore mountains. Chris was also a longtime musician (and local small scale rockstar) so he is always interested in discussing music and new band recommendations.
