I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Trios College Ottawa (formerly the International Academy of Applied Health), following a background as a Personal Trainer and an intern with a collegiate-level Strength & Conditioning team.
My treatment philosophy focuses on helping reduce pain, manage stress, and improving overall quality of life. I use a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, fascial therapy, and active soft tissue mobilization, tailoring each treatment to your individual needs.
Outside the clinic, I have been competing in powerlifting since 2019 and enjoy staying active in the gym. In my free time, I enjoy 10-pin bowling, trying new foods, and learning new skills.

This treatment addresses the muscle tension and aches that develop when working at a desk for extended periods of time. It targets the back, neck & shoulders, allowing for a postural and nervous system reset.
ASMR Massage sessions consist of extremely light, comforting techniques designed to calm and soothe your nervous system. This service is fully customizable and can focus on any combination of face, neck, scalp and shoulders.
