Christa is a 2200hr Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Chartered Herbalist, Functional Movement Techniques Provider, and a member of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.
Her passion for dance sparked her interest in massage, specifically so that she would be able to help correct dance related injuries and muscular imbalances. Christa has a holistic approach when it comes to massage and prefers to tackle the concern by discovering and treating the root of the problem, rather than just the symptoms, by using a wide range of modalities and techniques.
Since childhood, Christa has always been fascinated with natural health and natural health studies. She has a passion for learning and is continuing to add to her stack of 15 natural health-related certificates. She recently completed her Bachelor of Health Science from Mount Royal University and has recently completed her Master's of Health Science Education from the University of Alberta.
