Christina has had an interest in anatomy and human movement from a young age, leading her to complete a yoga teacher training program while in high school and then pursuing a degree in kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland. After graduating with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours), she worked in the Occupational Health and Safety field for several years before deciding to change to a career that aligned with her passions for anatomy and helping people.
Christina has always been fascinated by the interconnectedness of the body and all its systems, which drew her to osteopathy, a manual therapy that takes a holistic view of the body. She completed the four-year Manual Osteopathy program the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, earning her Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (MOMSc).
Christina aims to help patients reduce pain, improve motion, and maintain overall health. She provides holistic treatment by addressing the musculoskeletal system (fascia, muscles, ligaments, bones), which influences overall health through its relationships with other body systems.
