Christina does a detailed initial intake to establish a baseline of health - this includes discussing current health concerns, past medical history, family medical history, obstacles, expectations, a review of lab tests, prescriptions, and supplements and some additional questionnaires and from there we co-create a treatment plan based on your specific needs.

Christina loves spending time with her family and her dog Lulu, walks in nature (the colder the better), cold dipping in Lake Ontario, hot yoga, crossword puzzles, trying new recipes, watching the house sparrows feast on seeds on her back deck, and bringing community together for both pause and connection.

Your first visit includes a focused conversation about your health and goals, followed by a personalized BodyTalk balancing session to gently support your body’s natural ability to heal, repair, and rebalance from within, so you can move toward better health and leave feeling lighter, more at ease, and more like yourself. Sessions range from 60–75 minutes, depending on how your body responds.
