This visit is for patients currently under chiropractic care with another doctor. Initial Assessment involves a history and initial exam. If appropriate, this visit will also include your first treatment.
A simple Initial Assessment involves a single concern/complaint or book this visit type for a pediatric patient. It will include a complete history, initial exam and computerized nervous system scan. If appropriate, this visit will also include your first treatment.
Gentle, non-invasive electromagnetic therapy using various waveforms and frequencies to improve circulation, increase oxygen and blood flow, and cell regeneration in order to reduce inflammation, relax muscles, and support the body’s natural recovery process.
If it has been over a year since your last visit, if you have had a new accident or injury or as part of your care plan we will do a re-evaluation examination (25-30 min) to ensure we have a full picture of what is going on. This visit consists of a CoreScore exam, as well as an adjustment.
