30 Minute Concussion Baseline Testing. This session is ideally completed BEFORE your sports season. We will be performing a battery of tests to determine your BASELINE, which we can then use to compare in result of a sustained concussion. This session is primarily for ATHLETES before they enter their sporting season.

This appointment is only be booked after your ATHLETE Assessment has been completed. In this appointment you and your physio will go over the results of your assessment and recommendations will be provided given analysis from various sport-specific performance tests and range of motion findings.

Our flagship comprehensive Athlete Assessment involving Strength testing, movement testing, and corrective exercise. This session will involve alot of movement, jumping, and will require you to be dressed in athletic clothing and indoor shoes. We will contact you to create your VALD Performance profile prior to our session, and get as much information as possible about your sport, position, activity, etc. Please bring water to stay hydrated.
