Ideal for infants 0-24 months old. Their small muscles and joints are growing by the day - sometimes the hour - which makes for cranky babies. Other sources of cranky range from digestive upsets, sensory overload, torticollis or stiff neck & sensitive skin. RMT helps babies reconnect with their whole bodies, help with gassy bowels and improve their neck range of motion. A great way for parents to learn the basics of massage, ask questions and participate in the treatment. Extra time is allotted in the event of diaper changes, feedings and if baby isn’t sure of the massage. We always ask consent of the baby and they do answer! This is the second fastest time of growth in a human’s life, and they will need to access the benefits of RMT. Exceptional families are welcome, and parents/caregivers are encouraged to stay in the room.

We use the Earthlite Pregnancy Pillow, safe for lying face down for up to 30 minutes, providing excellent support for your belly and chest. We also have additional pillows to ensure you’re comfortably supported on your side or on a slight incline while on your back. Rest assured, massage cannot trigger labour, though deep relaxation may occasionally bring awareness to Braxton Hicks contractions. Christina, our Therapeutic Breast Massage therapist can address breast and lymphatic circulation issues, including blocked milk ducts, surgery scars, and more. Whether you've undergone breast surgery or seek breast health support, our gentle and professional care is here for you. Breasts, scars, stories and surgeries of all types are welcome! What to expect: We will have a brief chat about your primary concern, an assessment of your breast tissue from the waist up while standing and sitting with first your bra on, then without. Bottoms stay on. Then you get comfortable on the table, only one breast will be undraped at a time while massaging. Ideally a full anterior torso/waist up abdominal and breast massage up to neck and scalp is the most effective benefit of treatment. Treatment goal: To work with you at your own comfort level so as to share my knowledge and some helpful self care tips and tricks.
