Christina graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2012 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford. She grew up in Canada, Central Asia, and Germany before returning to Abbotsford to be closer to family and pursue her studies. It’s also where she met her husband, and together they have four busy, fun-loving kids. Christina has extra training in manual therapy, dry needling, concussion rehab, vestibular therapy, and women’s health pelvic floor.
In her practice, Christina blends manual therapy, dry needling, personalized exercise programs, and modalities to help her clients recover. Her goal is to not only treat the symptoms but also get to the root of the problem, so her clients can get back to doing what they love.
She has a background in basketball and soccer (and yes, plenty of injuries to go with that!). She understands firsthand the challenges of rehab and the emotional toll that long-term pain and injury can have on one's life. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her hanging out with her family and their dog. She loves being outside—whether it's camping, walking, biking, or hunting for treasures while thrifting. She’s usually learning something new —right now, she’s learning to ski and getting into gravel biking.
