A graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Christine completed rigorous academic and clinical training to receive her full designation as a Registered Massage Therapist. In addition to her program at VCMT and her time spent practicing in their clinics, Christine is also a seasoned veteran of the health and fitness industry. Her personal experience as both a high-level athlete and celebrated personal trainer put her in the unique position to apply her massage services using her thorough understanding of exercise physiology and biomechanics with special consideration and interest in sport and athletics. Christine is well-versed in a plethora of health and fitness facets, holding certifications as a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, BCRPA Certified Weight Trainer, and BCRPA Certified Third Age(55+) trainer. She has also completed continued education courses in movement analysis and pre/post natal care. Drawing from her experience as a rehabilitation focused trainer, she is especially suited for working with athletes at every level but has the tools and knowledge to assist all clients in returning to or maintaining health. A motivated professional, Christine enjoys working with a diversified clientele and adapts to all client’s needs, customizing every session to deliver a truly patient-centered experience.
