I have been in the field of health care and wellness my whole career. I have a B.Sc. Psychology
from U of T and then studied yoga and mindfulness. This approach to health led me to pursue
Ayurvedic (Indian) medicine and body work techniques. I chose to complete the Massage
Therapy program at Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto, graduating 2007.
Massage Therapy combines my interest in science, client support and nurturing of life style
choices that relieve pain and suffering physically, mentally and emotionally. I offer Swedish
massage, pre and post natal, post surgical breast massage and scar reduction, deep tissue
therapeutic massage as well as Upledger Craniosacral therapy, Reiki and remedial exercise.
