I grew up in St. Francois Xavier and now live in Balmoral, Manitoba with my family. I love helping my clients recover from injuries and achieve their personal goals, whether that’s reaching new milestones at the gym or simply enjoying daily activities without pain.

Outside of work, you’ll find me at the lake on weekends, hanging out with my best dog Oakley, or cheering on my kids at the rink.
