Christine Mo is a Registered Physiotherapist with a solid academic foundation and extensive experience. She graduated from McGill University with an Applied Master's of Science Degree in Physical Therapy, following her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy.
Christine has consistently expanded her expertise through professional development in areas like Neurofunctional Acupuncture and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual Physiotherapy.
With over a decade of experience, Christine applies a comprehensive approach, combining thorough assessments, patient education, hands-on techniques, and tailored exercises to address pain and dysfunction. Her background in treating musculoskeletal injuries is extensive, with a particular strength in managing sports injuries. Whether it’s rehabilitating a post-operative ACL or a severely dislocated shoulder, Christine is dedicated to maximizing recovery and helping her patients get back to the sports they love.
Outside the clinic, Christine enjoys paddling, skiing, and camping with her family and friends. She is a Level II Ski Instructor and enjoys reading in both Chinese and English.

An initial pelvic floor assessment / Women's Health assessment begins with the therapist gathering a detailed history of the complaints and symptoms that brought you in to the clinic. This can involve some personal questions surrounding bladder and bowel habits, sexual history, medical history, pain, and other symptoms
For new patient or patient who has new injuries
Ideal for most new patients, general physiotherapy covers most pains, strains and sprains. It includes sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, osteoarthritis, orthopedic, repetitive strain injuries, back pain and more. During this 60 minute assessment, you will work with a physiotherapist to discuss your goals, complete a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and create an individualized treatment plan. This assessment session is required for all new clients to the clinic.

Only book for Re-assessment if you have been seen by our Physiotherapist before, and come for new injury or have not see our physiotherapy within 6 months.
