I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014. My approach to treatment has been going in a more holistic direction over the course of my career. My treatment techniques may include a combination of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Joint Mobilization, Active and Passive Stretching.
However, I find that my treatment style is more focused on what will feel good for each individual’s body.
I have taken additional courses in the science of pain management and pregnancy massage.
