SaveChris founded Araya Health in 2016 to pursue his passion of helping people achieve wellness and live pain-free. His core philosophy is that, provided the right knowledge, tools and support, anyone can achieve and maintain optimal health. Chris’s background in massage therapy, personal training and corrective exercise, as well as traditional Chinese medicine equip him with a broad skill and knowledge base to offer his clients comprehensive treatment methods. In his free time, Chris enjoys connecting with his community by teaching massage therapy at schools throughout the GTA and promoting fitness with his run club out on Toronto’s beautiful trails.
